Which format should I use for my listings?

Use PNG for graphics, logos and anything that needs a transparent background. Use JPG for photos to get a smaller file. WebP gives the smallest files but is not accepted everywhere.

Why did my transparent background turn white?

JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a solid colour when you convert to JPG. You can choose that fill colour below. Keep PNG or WebP if you need transparency.

Does converting upload my file?

No — conversion runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
